GIFT CARD
The mother of all gifts.
Gift Card Survival Guide
😨 Don’t lose it.
You physically can’t. It’s an email. Unless you delete that too... in which case, that’s on you, hero.
💦 Don’t get it wet.
I mean… you could, but it’s a JPEG. Still, maybe don’t spill coffee on your device.
📁 Don’t fold it.
Resist the urge. The pixels won’t crease nicely.
🔒 Keep it somewhere safe.
Your inbox is good enough.
🚨🚨🚨IN CASE OF EMERGENCY🚨🚨🚨
Reopen the email. I got you. 👊
For the Detail Freaks
Modeled with the precision of someone who’s spent way too long tweaking bevels at 300% zoom.
The material? A Principled BSDF setup... because I'm civilized.
Base color: pure confidence (with a hint of yellow).
🎸 Metallic: 0.548. Shiny enough to flex, but not desperate.
👷 Roughness: 0.302. Smooth, but not a mirror.
🔎 IOR: 1.500, naturally.
⍺ Alpha? 1.000, because transparency is for emotions, not gift cards.
The logo? Same shader family, different attitude.
A slight color shift, because contrast is how you say “design” without actually saying it.
Rendered in Cycles at 5000 samples, because noise isn’t cool all the time.
Ship & Flip
‼️ Your recipient gets an email with a code. The code can be used at checkout. Non-refundable. Understandable I think.
Gift Card
No reason is still a good reason
Look, I had a lot on the plate when I came up with this and, to be honest, I don't think you need to explain everything you do in life. Honestly, I am VERY unapologetic about it. I sincerely regret nothing. You shouldn't have regrets either. Wanna take a ride by yourself at 4 am? Go ahead. Wanna put your milk before your cereals? It's a free country. Pineapple on pizza? YOUR LIFE, YOUR PLEASURE.
That's why I have this insane need to create things only I care about and, for the sake of it, even go in CRAZY detail about it. Like my beautiful gift card. For starters... it's a... card. A gift card. You pay for the privilege of somebody else being able to spend money on this website. Insane algorithm. But since I went to the trouble of modeling and rendering a smooth edged rectangle, might as well make it interesting.
The devil is in the details
I like easter eggs. Not because they are eggs or because it's actually Easter, but because it gives me hope in humanity. I like seeing people putting more than the minimum effort into something. Such a beautiful thing. Someone didn't just make a gift card, they made it COOL! With ducks and bananas and cookies around. Have you seen something like that before? They surely have to come from somewhere...
All in all, I hope you found this fun. Fun enough to actually buy it for someone. Go ahead and tell them you got them the funniest and chaotic gift card ever. No, it does not get them a Porsche, but a cool poster on the wall is the closest thing. And it plants a tree at the same time???
Majestic, truly.
THE SOLAR COLLECTION:
They’ve always needed each other: the Sun blazing life into our days, the Moon turning empty nights into poetry. The solar collection transforms blank walls into galaxies. And because celestial bodies love generosity, you get 10% off when 2 or more align in your cart.
In case your walls are still too naked...
