Snap a quick photo and email it to me (hello@distinctroom.com) within 30 days. I will sort it out with a free replacement (or a refund if you’d rather). Easy.
🚚 WHAT IF MY ORDER NEVER SHOWS UP?
If your package takes a holiday and gets lost in transit, I will send you a new one. No extra cost, no stress.
💸 WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Once your return lands back with me (or you show us proof it’s on the way), I will refund you to your original payment method. Usually within 14 days, but often faster.

Not directly. Since everything is printed on demand, the quickest way is: return your poster → get a refund → place a shiny new order.

Nope! All designs are my own creations, not customer-customized. That means they are returnable under EU law. If we ever launch personalized prints, those would be non-returnable (but we’ll make that super clear).

Poker Face
I have always admired poker players for one thing: the calm.
Not the money, not the smoke, not the cinematic slow motion of a hand sliding across the table. The calm. The almost unnatural ability to sit there while the stakes rise, while the room gets heavier, while every small movement becomes a confession.
To hold a strong hand and still reveal nothing. To lose a hand and still reveal nothing. To think clearly when pressure starts chewing through everyone else’s confidence.
Because most people panic when they have something to lose, and get reckless when they have something to win. Give them two aces and suddenly their face becomes a public announcement. Their ego walks in before the cards do.
That kind of discipline feels rare. It's more than a Lady Gaga song.
